We are committed to processing all orders on business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that our offices and warehouses are closed on U.S. public holidays, hence orders are not processed during these times. Orders generally take 48 hours to process once payment is received. However, during peak shopping seasons or public holidays, processing and shipping times may extend slightly. Should any product become unavailable during processing, we will promptly notify you by email and provide possible solutions.

Include photographs of the product and packaging, as well as a copy of the delivery receipt. We will quickly arrange for a refund or replacement and cover all necessary shipping costs.
